Q: How do I find the products that I need?
A: There are different ways to find the products that you want. You can search for garments by using the search box on the upper right-hand corner on every page, entering keywords (Jeans, Shorts, Shaper) or the product reference number. You can also search for products by clicking over the menu bar and selecting the category that fits your need, or using the filter on the left side of every category page.
Which are the most recommended body shaper models for post surgery?
- The most recommended body shapers by experts for wearing after surgery are high compression girdles.
- Shapewear with specialized Powernet fabric and a soft inner lining that will not cause skin allergies.
- To decide whether it should be a short body shaper or a long one, it will depend on the shape and length of your body and also, the type of surgery you have had or will have.
For surgeries such as C-section, tummy tuck, liposuction, hysterectomies, or hernias, the right models are knee-high complete body shapers.
If you choose a short model for post-surgical shapewear, it must cover the entire abdominal area and hips, depending on the affected area.

Q: How is sales tax determined?
A: Domestic Orders: The sales tax rate is 7% and is only charged to orders being shipped to the state of Florida in the United States.
International Orders: Shape Concept.co is not responsible for import duties since each country has its own policies. You may be charged import duties once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country’s customs for more information regarding this matter.
Canadian Orders: No more surprise charges upon delivery. Shape Concept pre-pays all Canadian duty fees. The import duty fee charged by Canada is now paid entirely by Shape Concept for your convenience, and we only charge our customers a 10% sales tax rate.
Q: Will I be charged import duties for orders being shipped outside the United States?
A: Shape Concept is not responsible for import duties since each country has its own policies. You may be charged import duties once the package reaches your country. Please contact your country’s customs for more information regarding this matter.
